Frequently Asked Questions

What ages benefit from ``AT Night We Sleep`` method?

We work with newborns & kiddos 3 months to 5 years old.

Is this a scientific method?

The Method is supported by in-depth behavioral research, sleep studies, and learning processes.  When parents successfully implement The Method, their baby will know how to sleep through the night and will have developed that precious skill he or she will have for life.

I’ve read all of the books, scoured the internet, watched all of the You Tube videos, and have tried other methods without success. Why is this method any different?

This sounds familiar, we’ve been there too!  We encourage you to speak to one of our certified coaches directly.  We offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation.  One of our key differences is the collaborative, real-time support we provide.  Information is just that – it doesn’t know your family, your environment, and it can’t call + email + text you in real-time when you’re in need 24/7.

Does your method involve crying (CIO)?

“AT Night We Sleep” is not a CIO method yet there is no effective cry-free experience when children are adapting regardless of the method. With the “AT Night We Sleep” method, your child will know you’re there, you will know how to calm and teach your baby how to self-soothe.  Truly any change is often met with frustration for children which applies to anything in life.  Any crying will be short-lived as skills quickly emerge!  Within about 3 days of The Method, your baby will not cry when trying to fall asleep anymore.  Absolutely no one can guarantee a “no tears” system!

Won’t my baby grow out of this and eventually become a better sleeper?

A research study published in the Journal of Pediatrics found that many children do not outgrow sleep issues.  Previous research found that children start to outgrow sleep issues in 3-5 years.  OMG! Can you imagine being in this state of exhaustion for 3-5 years?
